My favorite thing about living here is the management team. So responsive and helpful. You never have to worry about repairs getting handled right away. And the grounds are beautifully kept.

I have a friend that lives here, and this is a very beautiful property, that is very well taken care of! The grounds are very clean, and the plants are lush, and vibrant. Landscapers do a great job keeping the property manicured nicely!

I lived at the Heron Club for three amazing years. The managers on site when I arrived were friendly and the team that replaced them, Joni and Gordon, were fantastic. Luke and the rest of the maintenance/grounds staff did a great job of responding to the minor issues that popped up during the course of my residency. Contrary to a recent reviewer who indicated that the property is 'overpriced' I'd argue that there is amazing value for the money paid. Unless, that is, you have a 'newer is better' fetish. My rent did increase during the time I was there, but where doesn't it? There is secure storage for cycles, several recreational amenities and a site that is quiet, clean and aesthetically very pleasing. My neighbors were just that; neighbors. Heron Club is a lovely complex. It's clean, well maintained, and good to look at. Better yet, it has a feeling of "community" about it. I think people like living here and that's reflected in the friendly atmosphere. Best of all, the management and support staff are really wonderful people. Nothing in my place stays broken or needs repair for long. I've been happy here.

My father-in-law lives here and he enjoys it. We were sad when the cherry trees came down. But we understood that they were not in good health. The landscaping is looking a little lax lately, but the pool is very nice. I always hate walking up to his upper level apartment though. The spiders have a happy little spider jungle in the super tall awnings. Basic maintenance is done pretty quickly.
