I had a very pleasant, stress free experience with Julie Roberts of The Herndon Company from listing to closing on my property in Valdosta. She gave me regular weekly updates regarding activities related to the property. When issues or question arose she contacted me immediately to discuss item. She always had all the details and in all cases offered options on solutions. As a licensed Florida Real Estate agent myself I believe she embodies all the attributes of a Top Agent. I must also add that she has a great chocolate cookie recipe.

I signed up via Zillow to have an agent contact me regarding a house on the market, and Ross reached out to me right away! He was always quick to respond, or if he was busy, he would let me know and respond at his earliest convenience. I really appreciated his solid communication skills, and he was very kind and understanding when I was stressed about moving across the country with a baby, lol. He was cool, calm,and collected and was reassuring throughout the entire process.
