they are rude at these apartments, there are gun shots at theses apartments and police bustes way too often for me. and they fail your apartment inspections over a small bit of dust on the stove hood. over priced and unfriendly.

This is the most ran down nastiest apartment complex in Florence. The manager is full of drama and they can't keep good help. The company doesn't invest anything to the up keep of the apartments. Its a disgrace

Horrible experience here the property manager Audrey don't do her job I moved here November 2nd 2022 and this woman walking around sticking notes in your doors about inspection and don't do them that's unprofessional and this woman has not fixed the leak in my bathroom or did my carpet like she said she had someone to come and do my carpet .

Don’t let these good reviews fool you 🙄. Never come here and waste your money on this disgusting roach infested and molded place…I feel bad for the new people who moves in
