Heritage Village Apartments

Good place to start out. Older apartments, so they aren't perfect. They are working on remodeling them though. Pretty quiet area to live. Reasonable rates for what you are getting. Be a good person, others will treat you that way. Make sure you read over the lease agreement well before you sign it. They aren't trying to hide anything, just read, and you'll be fine.

The landlords charge a ton of money, the apartment isn't up to date and they don't clean the gutters. There was mold growing in the windows and I'm highly allergic to mold. Told my Dr about the mold because I have been sick a lot and had rashes. Also the place floods and you get water up to your car doors and in your car. Nobody told us about. It sucks to live there. There was 3 inches of water on patio and front porch and stuff was floating and if there's that much water you wonder what's under neath the apartment. Probably more mold. Its not worth it.

The only Apartment community in Dover with sufficient parking lots and lawns

Do not recommend, old not good maintenence and property managers are liars.
