Heritage Towers

I’ve been living at Heritage Towers since August 2025, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the manager to the entire staff, everyone has been absolutely amazing. Lesley is always supportive, kind, and attentive. She consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and cared for. There is also a bilingual guy who speaks Spanish, and having that option means so much to me since I also speak Spanish. Even though I’m terrible with names, I want to recognize how each of them has treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. Since the day I moved in, they have consistently been helpful and responsive. They truly make residents feel at home and valued, not just tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for a couple of years due to it being one of the only apartments that had a study built into the unit for me to work at home, but I had negative experiences over and over again. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU: Upon move out, I had professional cleaners clean my apartment. It was spotless. When my final bill came, they charged me $125 for a cleaning fee... cleaning what exactly? It had been cleaned? When I spoke to them about it, they said they could remove it if I provided a receipt. It was only when I sent them a receipt did they remove that charge. So no you will not get your security deposit back. It does not matter how clean your place is, they will charge you. Additionally, they require all residents to use FETCH. This is a horrible package delivery system,

If I could give 10 stars I would! The property is well kept and maintained. The maintenance staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable when needed. The biggest star I can give would be to the manager Steven, he always goes above and beyond and has truly turned this place around and is one of the best managers! Living in an apartment complex where people are constantly taking up spots or parking where they shouldn’t be is the most frustrating thing to experience as a tenant so the fact that they keep up on the active towing is hands down the best service! We were definitely fooled by all the fancy marketing images and videos when we leased this apartment… We had to move out of our original unit here just 3 months into the lease when pipes started bursting all over our building and lead to our kitchen being flooded from the apartment above us. The leasing office told us they weren’t even planning to replace the dry wall that had been completely soaked through on the ceiling so we asked to be let out of the lease, they refused but instead offered us to move into the same unit in a different building (a maintenance man later let slip that our new unit had similar flooding from the ceiling before they even leased to tenants a year prior)At first it was okay there until we started to realize how rampant the domestic disturbances were in this com

Absolutely the best apartment I have ever lived in!! Our AC just went out (not huge deal this time of year) and maintenance responded same day and brought not one but TWO portable AC units while the issue is being resolved. The office always answers and actually acts upon complaints. Community is well maintained, quiet, and central to any store you could ever need. 10/10 recommend
