I've been here close to 4 years and the office staff has improved by leaps and bounds! Assistant manager Asia is always friendly attentive and willing to help! I was able to meet the new Property manager today Ms Sharon Love who didnt require me to have an appointment to voice Residential concern. She was welcoming. This sets the tone for any potential new residents! The young lady that sits directly in front of the glass window to Ms Loves office is always friendly and professional as well! Finally Darius from MAINTENANCE is always consistent in his professionalism and doesn't brush you off. Both times when responding to flooding issues in my apartment not only did he come quickly but ALSO followed backup to assess any further damage. Dear Ellington ive seen alot of changeover here KEEP

I have a friend that lives here and i looked his place so i go online to inquire about their units. On their website it states they have multiple units available. I started the application process but thought it would be better to see what they have before i give them an application fee or deposit. Im glad i did because i been calling leaving messages for about a week now, no response. Send emails, no response. So i decided to drive across town to see what’s going on. Its 2 receptionists there why nobody answered any phones is insane. So they definitely have huge signs up saying now touring. Only got them to tell me there are no units available. I wish they wouldn’t be taking deposits on the website if that’s the case. Im so disappointed if someone would have responded it would have saved

i just want to say that MS.KAMESSIA BABYYYYYYYY she gets it together soon as possible ...Since the day I moved in, she has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I’ve had. She also kept me well-informed about important updates prior to my move, communicating with me nearly two months in advance. Her support made the transition smooth and well-organized. Mainentence as also getting whatever i need done asap!

Hi, I have been a resident for 3yrs. Heritage Station is a great property to live in. We have had a new change in Management and the new team is very helpful, considerate, hardworking, compassionate about our Seniors and dedicated to Heritage Station residents. The property is very clean, peaceful, and safe. Security is always present during the evenings and the maintenance team does a great job Thank You Heritage Station Team for your dedication and professional dedication to get the job done! Great Team from management to maintenance.

Heritage Station is under New Management, The Manager Ms.Sharon Love is Someone this place needed! Under her leadership I'm sure the apartments will be a better place to live
