Heritage Square Apartments

Heritage Square Apartments has been a great place to live. I have no complaints in my 2 years as a resident. The location is super convenient, and the community stays pretty quiet and well kept. I’ve done business with Jessica, and she has always been professional when I’ve needed anything. Overall, living at HSA has been a positive experience. It’s definitely one of the better options in this area of Savannah.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and truly have no complaints. The management team, especially Mrs. Diane and Margie, are incredibly kind and professional. One of the biggest standouts is the maintenance. They usually respond the same day, and I’ve even seen them helping out on their off days for emergencies, they genuinely care. The property is kept very clean (no pests or issues at all) and the neighborhood is quiet. While rent does go up annually, you can actually see where the money is going. Since I’ve been here, they’ve added new washers/dryers, keypads for the laundry room, parking tags and even repaved the entire parking lot. It’s rare to find a place that is constantly improving and so well maintained. Highly recommend!

Diane Hendley and her team are super professional and personable. Every interaction I had with the property manager felt like I was talking to my close friend, but she was also about her business, making you feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I knew that if I moved there all of my concerns would be addressed in a timely and professional manner, without attitude. To me, that is priceless. It's a perfect location and affordable considering the market these days. Kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, but the property is clean and well maintained.
