Update it is now 01/14/2026 we never had our annual meeting for 2025 even though our covenants state that we will have one yearly. We were notified of car break-ins on 11/17/2025. Last night 01/13/2026 we had a shooting in our subdivision and I was the one who notified Kathryn not any of the board members. As of 11:42 AM on 01/14/2026 we has still not received any communication through the portal or email regarding the incident. We have two cars near our pool house that have flat tires this has been like this for at least two weeks. The black truck is a repeat offender. We have no renters cap on our subdivision. The Overlook at Queens Creek is starting to feel like public housing. On a positive note my landscaping work order was closed out before the end of the year. I understand Kat

Heritage properly management always been great to our community. I have been in the same community for 12 years now and we’ve had multiple managers over the years and they all have been great. Recently our community was assigned with an new manager and she has been excellent. Without her, our small community would be in disarray. Thanks to Christine Lamb which always provided guidance, created new initiatives on making the community better, helping us cut cost without undermining the output. Our community is way better than it was before and I can sleep well knowing she is there to help. I would like to say, thank you Christine for your effort. Teresa Brewer is absolutely wonderful to work with. She answers any questions you have and is always prompt and reliable. Her emails are timely, clear, and professional, which makes communication so easy. Our community is large, with four subdivisions and a master HOA, and she manages it all on her own with impressive organization and dedication. On top of that, she is always smiling, friendly, and approachable. Teresa truly goes above and beyond for our community, and we are so grateful for everything she does.
