Been renting from this company for the past 4 years and never had any issues. We finally have purchased our first home and Lynn has worked with us on the transition, even though it is right at the beginning of a lease renewal with her. I always had my work orders completed within 48 hours, even if it was a weekend. Lynn is responsive and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

We have rented with HPMC for almost 4 years now and plan to stay right there until otherwise. It was my first time ever having to rent. When I first inquired about a home it was already rented; however, Lyn stayed in touch with me and we were able to get a place. Not an apartment, but a brick house with a nice yard. I don't understand these low reviews. I feel that if you pay your rent like you're supposed to, and don't treat your place with a "I don't own it, so why take care of it" mentality you shouldn't have problems. We do our regular maintenance, yard, trash, cleaning, changing air filters, just basic upkeep and have not had any issues.

We absolutely love our rental home from heritage properties Lynn was able to find us exactly what we wanted in an awesome neighborhood of goose creek..Big back yard for our dogs and schools good too we renewed are lease because can't beat the rental price for home this size! We are planning on staying for many years! Lynn does an awesome job considering all the bad tenants she has to deal with WE GOT YOUR BACK GIRL! Highly recommend this company

There are unexplained charges on our account after moving out. please unblock me and my wife so we can communicate about our account, this is the only way I can think to contact you.

I just want to say, I have not rented from this company. However, I inquired about a rental that unfortunately for me ended up getting rented before I could apply. I spoke with Lynn and she was nothing but upfront and honest. Which is what I like! At the end of the day she has business to run and is very helpful and genuine. I will continue to look out for property available by this company for this reason. Thank you!
