I've been renting a very old, but very lovely cottage in the city through Heritage since 2022, which comes with its quirks and repair needs from time to time. The property has needed some extensive repairs recently, and while I was admittedly frazzled at first, Hope and the maintenance team were quick on the case and incredibly responsive to my concerns. As someone who works two jobs, I deeply appreciate their option to text any communication directly to the office, and also how quickly they usually get back to me! I've been a renter in two big cities going on 14 years now, and while no property management company is perfect, Heritage is by far the best at communication, respecting the privacy of their tenants, and accountability. I recently rented an apartment through Heritage Properties and Hope was amazing to work with.
