I’ve lived in this apartment for about two to three years. When I first moved in, I really liked it, and everything was going smoothly with great amenities and a nice community. However, over the past year, we’ve encountered several issues. The staff has become less responsive, making communication difficult, and we’ve also had ongoing problems with cockroaches in the kitchen despite our cleaning efforts. Additionally, the rising fees have made it more expensive, and parking has become a major challenge. It’s not just me; many residents struggle to find parking, often waiting hours after a long day of work, which adds a lot of stress. I have absolutely loved living here. Management has been great, maintenence is on top of everything, I swear Cody and the guys are some of the best maintenence team I've ever seen. I have signed for a 15 month lease and it has been a thrill so far. It's quiet here, pet friendly, and the people are on average friendly. I have had one encounter but to be honest the guy was just being a dillhole and I'm not one to be disrespected. Speeding is a small issue through the lot but they are working on that with the tenants responsible. All in all I would definitely recommend living here, it's a great experience and a calm vibe.

1 month in and no internet even though I’m paying for it. I’ve also been finding 5-6 cockroaches a day in my apartment for 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for maintenance. They didn’t return the Spectrum equipment in time to meet Charter Spectrums expectations. So instead of taking ownership and paying the bill, they ignored it so now I have a collections agency after me because of their absolute pathetic incompetence. They’ll also tow your car without telling you over the phone or text for the smallest reasons. I didn’t even know I had a flat tire until 1 hour before the deadline because I didn’t have anything going on that day until 4PM.

Honestly this is one of the worst apartment we lived in don’t get me wrong the apartment is beautiful on the inside but the new management is horrible. We gave notice and they gave us exactly what date to move out my family and I moved out 6 days earlier and still got charged 2 weeks more. When we first moved in and applied for a 3 bedroom and signed the lease 3 days before the move in, We got a call and they told us there has been a mistake and that they only have 2 bedroom even thou we applied, signed the lease and paid the deposit for a 3 bedroom and they keep on adding charges that didn’t make sense every few months so save your money and don’t rent with them THEY ARE DELETING THE BAD REVIEWS
