Heritage Park Apartments

I have been very pleased with Heritage Park Apartments! We were able to move in quickly to a very nice and clean apartment. The property manager, Rebecca, is always very pleasant to talk to, and takes care of everything in a very timely manor. We had a simple issue we put in a maintenance request for and they came to fix it the next morning! I would highly recommend Heritage Park Apartments!

I have lived at heritage park for just over 4 years. The staff is friendly and the maintance guys are attentive. They always have the parking lot plowed and salted and they just paved the parking lot. Rebecca in the office goes beyond to help the tenants here. It's a safe area and dog friendly.

My property manager Rebecca Bygall is the best lady i ever met !!!!!! She is very professional and absolutely sweetheart, very kind and helpful and positive person . She helped me step by step with whole Leasing process . Normally her work schedule is 9 to 5 but she actually stayed late just to show my apartment. How sweet and kind of her ❤️. She is super fast in cumnication . She also drop beautiful welcome card for me in my apartment which really melt my heart 🥹 . I am so thankful to God for providing me best property manager 🥰🙏 Their maintenance service is always on top to help and provide their excellent service !!!! Friendly neighborhood. I love living here; going on our 3rd year now. It has always been a caring team of staff here. Since, Rebecca started, it's been awesome! Things are getting done, rules enforced to keep our homes nice and she goes out of her way to help with everything. She pushed my car that was stuck. How many office staffers do that? Also, in our building, our neighbors are friendly and down to earth. Everyone I've encountered from nearby has been polite and friendly. I've heard people have bad names for HP, maybe because it's not fancy outside? Our apt is big, comfy and nice. The hallways are kept clean and maintenance comes quickly to a reported problem. Most everything is included in rent, which makes it a great deal. It's fantastic! IMO!

Honestly not really the best; prices are expensive, there website claims having a pool that we haven't seen in YEARS. Not to mention that they are always threatening to Tow someone's car.
