Heritage on Millenia Apartments

We moved to Heritage on Millenia a few months ago from another Highmark Property. We love it at Heritage. The neighborhood is so convenient to everything and it’s safe and quiet. We love the management team too! Eliana, Glisel, and George are the best!

Heritage on Millenia is a lovely quiet place to live, safe for walking and exercising, and raising ones kids. Their management and maintenance teams are top notch and they are very responsive to providing one with top notch tenant services with work orders or any other issue one might have. Ty George and Glisel for providing me with excellent tenant services.

I am José Sánchez, renter of apt 03-207. I am grateful, along with my wife, for the attention given to our apartment improvement requirements, which were listened to with great patience and respect by Mrs. Glisel Cundiff and were approved expeditiously by the manager Tammy Dutton. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. George Crawford for his dedicated effort in completing everything in record time. Congratulations to everyone for their dedication.

Not a resident…..🤲🏽🙏🏾yet. Signed up for a self guided tour. It wasn’t easy to access the property as a non tenant, which I liked. Once entered the app really guided me perfectly. Just take your time. Entered the unit it was very nice a place I’d like to call home quiet and close to a lot of the stores I frequently.

A major draw back is the fact there is only 1 large dumpster and it is constantly overflowing with even the walkway being overrun with garbage. Another drawback is the parking, the rules say they tow cars for flats or those that are blocking others but they do not. I personally would love to use a cover for the car cause hello Florida Sun but it’s not allowed.
