Heritage Meadow Apartments

I lived at Heritage Meadows for 7 years. Overall, the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Horizontal noise isn’t great, but lateral noise is pretty nonexistent. There are not a lot of amenities (pool, racquetball, Amazon lockers) that other places have - but the price is a decent bit lower as well. I always found the management staff to be helpful and maintenance was quickly completed. I never had an issue with either. Heritage Meadows is a fairly small community in a great neighborhood. Located on the north side of Eugene, it’s close enough to all of the essentials without the crowded feeling of the central city. It’s not the newest/flashiest apartment, but it was a great place to call home for the better part of a decade.

Paul called and came over just a short while after making our maintenance request. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our dryer very quickly. He is always very friendly and professional. We always enjoy seeing the maintenance staff.

Admin was very kind. A little discombobulated at times. Neighborhood was fairly chill. Outside of the apartments was always dirty. Window screens were never washed. Times when they announced they’d have them cleaned…never happened.

My husband and I had the pleasure of touring two apartments with Leasing Specialist Evie. The apartments were great and Evie was kind and very knowledgeable. Had we been ready, we would have leased one of them on the spot. Highly recommend!

Evie and the Team have always been so helpful and supportive. I moved from a different state, the transition was so easy and not stressful. I appreciate the work the management does to keep the property clean and tidy. Thank you!
