The apartments are old out of date and have black mold,the manager and maintenance lady are rude they take pictures inside of your apartment and the make rules for some residents but not all, and its very sad how they talk to the residents as well,the laundry room has no phone but a fire alarm if you can no a handyman maybe best instead of their maintenance
These apartments look relatively nice and new. And it looks like a really safe place. They're kinda small and it's all ground level. I don't know if it's Section 8 but I would like to know how much the rent would be.
I have had an ongoing problem with bedbugs. There is never anyone in the office, they have sent out pest control 3 times, pest control has sent out 3 contracts and nobody will sign them.
Maintenance woman is very rude and unprofessional
