I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Heritage Landing! Recently, I encountered an urgent issue that required immediate attention. Avi and Cindy sprang into action, and together, we worked tirelessly for hours to resolve the problem. Their dedication, expertise, and exceptional customer service truly impressed me. Beyond this outstanding experience, I am thoroughly enjoying my apartment and the fantastic amenities that Heritage Landing offers. The yoga room, fitness center, and sauna are my go-to spots to stay active, healthy, and warm during the chilly months. Truly the worst place I have ever lived. Management is absolutely awful. Numerous noise complaints and frequent smoking odors were ignored. Cindy Cook, property manager, dismissed us by saying “that’s just how the building is” and stated that the only thing that would make us happy is if she ended our lease and she let us move out. When we chose to do so and asked for the lease termination in writing, she recanted her statement and planned to charge us for a lease buyout. A simple phone call to Cindy asking if the rooftop was closed since the stairwell door was locked was met with her response of “no, why would it be?”. She is rude, incompetent, and should not be in any type of managerial role. Maintenance and the cleaning crew unlocked our door and attempted to enter our unit unannounc

They also recently completed a flooring project, and it looks great! Her proactive service gives me peace of mind that any issues will be addressed professionally and in a timely manner.

Apartments are spacious, great amenities, fitness center, sauna, classy community room, nice lobby spaces, yoga studio business center/conference room, Rooftop Deck with a stunning view of the Minneapolis Skyline, Party Pit surrounded by old historic brick wall, modern building but looks like the old industrial buildings in this area, old style classy architecture, good maintenance service, management staff are very helpful.

Management was fast in responding to my request for a refrigerator repair. The crew that came With a new refrigerator acted promptly and efficiently in a friendly And professional manner.
