lived here in 2003/2004 funny to see things haven't changed lol. $450 for one bed room back then be damned to pay a penny more. not worth the money nor the theft of the deposit.

It’s been a good experience.Jesus was great at communicating consistently. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and shared in my excitement when I chose an apartment.

Worst management company. I have been asking for my deposit for over 3 months and now they come back and say we get nothing back and will need to pay $500 extra. The condition of the apartment was really bad when we moved in, the apartment had a weird odor and now they are charging us an odor treatment? In the agreement, they also said they will provide internet and it took them 5 months to get it setup. They recommended getting a month to month contract until they set it up! Terrible company quick to charge for anything, but terrible at actually managing and the apartments are not even in good condition.

Most unprofessional workers I’ve ever had the experience to talk to. They offer you 0 help. And for what they think it help, takes hours to days to hear back if you get a response at all. Truly the worsssstttttt!!!!!

They raised the rent because they say they are competing with pricing for the new apartments. There are rats and mice, they charge you for your only single parking spot. There is no place for you to park a second car unless you want to pay even more and there is no guest parking. The on-site laundry room has broken washers and dryers that eat your money. The only good thing about the apartments is that they are big, but not big enough to be charging a grand a month. The apartment cost would be okay, but they don't tell you that they add on almost $200 dollars in fees and other "hidden" costs. This place is a no pet place, and there are dogs living in half of the units here, and most of the owners don't clean up the poop. The parking lot floods and I am glad I don't have a bottom unit becau
