STAY AWAY AT ALL COST I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Heritage Garden Apartments, and I don’t even live there. I applied for an apartment and was denied, which is fine, that happens. However, during the application process I was explicitly told there was no application fee. Despite that, they later tried to charge me $95 without any clear explanation or prior notice. What made the situation far worse is that they sent the $95 to collections without ever notifying me that I supposedly had a balance. I never received a bill, warning, or opportunity to resolve it directly. I only found out when it appeared on my credit report, which is completely unacceptable. Thankfully, I disputed the charge and was able to get it removed from my credit report, but no one sho

★☆☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING – DO NOT LIVE HERE Heritage Gardens Apartments in Leominster is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The property is filthy, with mold problems and rats and mice throughout the buildings. This is a health hazard, not “normal apartment living.” The maintenance staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They have entered my apartment without notice while no one was home, which is unacceptable and invasive. Management clearly does not care about tenant safety or privacy. The property feels unsafe and out of control. There is open drug activity, constant noise, and large groups of loud, aggressive teenagers hanging out in the parking lot day and night, playing basketball and damaging residents’ cars. The EXCESSIVE costs in your electric bill in this unit due to the unit being directly above the boiler are one of the huge problems. The apartment during the fall and winter is in the 90 degree range with no heat on in your apartment due to the heat from below in the boiler room …. You have to run fans all winter long just to survive and in the summer the unit is above 100 degrees even with fans and windows open resulting in having to run the air conditioner all the time just to survive . legit the worst. the maintenance guys & the quiet community are the only good thing, those are genuine guys. i lived here for 6 years, the property managers the company has hired have both been absolutely horrible people. the office will steal the majority of your security deposit once you move out, provide little to no contact or communication with you, raise the rent every year with absolutely no improvements to the ancient apartments, including during 2020. Your neighbors will steal your packages and vandalize your car right in front of the ""security"" & when you complain to the office/property manager, it's 'not our concern and we feel confident security is doing their job.' - aka he's parked in front of the office and on his phone the majority of his shift while the manager is not th

My parents lived there. We had an event at the event space which is a nice event room. When we got there we had to vacuum and the floor was sticky. We didn't get access to the wifi. Despite that we had a nice event. The next day they changed us because we didn't leave the tables and chairs as they were. We left the place better than we found it, we left some of the table folded because we didn't use them. If that's your requirement make the floor plan available to us and not have us come to a randomly scattered room and expect us to remember. Also if you gonna charge us for that, you should take responsibility for not providing us with a clean room in the first place.
