Heritage Court Apartments

BEWARE!! This place is not safe for the elderly. My mom stayed there until she got Dementia & then residents in the Apartment building started taking advantage of her. Her monthly check began disappearing very quickly where she didn't even have the money to pay her own bills anymore. Her time there was spent battling Bed bugs, Roaches & people preying on her. Steer clear of this dump if possible, trust me people.

A good located facility, near downtown shopping and restaurants. The Library is nearby, and a walking trail is in the area. The complex is well maintained, under the new management, who promptly respond to any issues. A wooded walk is available, along with an outside screened room for community use. A friendly residential community. Adequate lighted parking and safe entrance to the building.

I have lived at Heritage Court for 3 years. My experience has been great. I have made friends with some great people. The current management is taking it to a new level. I am 67 and enjoy the peaceful enviorment.

Very nice apartments for people aged 62 and up. The manager carol has made a lot of great changes and the building is nice and clean. It’s nice to know that people still care about the elderly.

My grandmother wanted to move in here, but ooooo no! The tenants are messy and nosey as hell. To many people with to much time on Their hands. Soon as we pulled up they watched us walk in and some old dude walked behind my car as if he took a picture of my plates. The whole experience was awful. You would think being with older people would be better but noooooo. Not to mention the homeless people hanging around. These tenants are something else. Didn’t care to meet with management because I couldn’t live with myself knowing my grandma there with those messy people.
