Beware of This Property Management Company – Not Worth the Hassle! I had a deeply disappointing experience with this property management company, especially with their representative, Renee. Her demeanor was consistently rude and unwelcoming, leaving us feeling undervalued as tenants despite being consistently responsible – we paid our rent on time or even early, every single month. One of the most frustrating aspects was the drastic rent increase of over $200 per year, despite the property offering zero amenities. The units themselves leave much to be desired, with minimal kitchen space and no kitchen island, making daily living less functional and enjoyable.
