Heritage at Riverstone

We moved in July of 2025. We absolutely love living here. Any time we have had a problem the leasing office ladies and the maintenance guys are always quick to respond. They are the nicest people. We really enjoy all the fun activities they plan for our community as well. The property is so beautiful with all of the trees and the grounds are well maintained. Most importantly we feel safe and comfortable here.

This apartment charged us basically everything they could after we moved out and I talked to management three times before writing this post. They charged us 1750$ for carpet, to paint the walls, counter resurfacing and tub acid staining and cleaning after we deep cleaned everything. I asked management why I was being charged so much and she sent me pictures of the wrong apartment, I realized the apartment pictures weren’t ours and she apologized and said she said she would adjust the charge a couple days later she called back and said that the charge didn’t change. If I would have know I was responsible for regular maintenance after moving out I would have never moved there. I’ve lived at two other apartments and this has never happened. I’ve always gotten my deposit back.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now, and it’s been a wonderful experience! Krysten, the property manager, is absolutely amazing, so dedicated, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels comfortable. You can tell she takes great pride in the community. We highly recommend this apartment complex!

I just wanted to say that I really like Heritage at Riverstone. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The maintance staff is ALWAYS working, every time I step out I always see them taking care of things. I have no issues with my apartment and no hidden fees. Krysten is VERY communicable. She addresses all of my concerns or needs in a timely manner. There is no mold, no roaches or anything broken. I like how they try to make things fun as a community and try to come up fun events for the kids and family. I will be renewing my lease this year. If you are looking for a nice, quite, respectful clean community Heritage at Riverstone is the place to be.

I've been living here for the past 5 years, and the only times I need maintenance are when a blind breaks (my fault) or when something acts up. During this time, Justin has been my trusted maintenance guy who helps with everything, always quick, punctual, and makes sure everything works perfectly. He never leaves until everything runs smoothly. Heritage is a wonderful and affordable place to live!
