This apartment complex has been going down hill for a few years now. When I first lived here we had a package system, the maintenance was great and the amenities were clean and useable. In the last year or so all of those things have changed. Starting with the package system, mail carriers/ Amazon workers can't ever figure out how to get into the building (because it's not a mail room) and we've even had issues with workers keys not working to get into the building. IF they are even able to get in the packages are left scattered everywhere and placed into a room that is listed as an "amenity" movie room. We are constantly getting packages delivered to the wrong place or not at all. Next is the pool area, not only is there no structure to who can be at the pool and what they're doing but it

I scheduled a tour here. I saw the pictures and thought it looked nice. The pictures make the complex look clean, new, vibrant. I pulled into the property and it felt really gloomy. It was poorly signed (finding the leasing office wasn’t hard but it wasn’t obvious like it should be). Then I see the overflowing dumpster… I’m willing to give them a break because we had a TON of snow in the area but then I find the leasing office… Across from the leasing office was a second overflowing dumpster and next to it was a literal MOUNTAIN of trash. It’s been warm for over two weeks now. I’m not willing to let the snow excuse that much trash just sitting in the parking lot. The property felt dull and lifeless and dirty. I didn’t want to get out of my car to even complete the tour. I feel bad for th

Management here is awful especially under the regional Robin Hinchcliffe who has absolutely ran this property into the ground. She is the worst person to be running any property. People have been attacked in the parking lot & they refuse to provide residents with any protection. They refuse to get cameras on site despite most residents paying ‘luxury’ rental prices for a slum property with no parking & no safety measures to make residents feel safe living there. There is no proper maintenance on this property. Many people go months without major repair, such as HVAC repairs. The property is always left in complete disarray. Avoid this property at ALL costs!

Maintenance doesn't even promptly respond to mold growing everywhere. We have had mold growing on the ceiling in our living, bathroom, bedroom, clothes, furniture, dog dish bowl and out vents since mid-summer. We emailed the property manager at the end of August who said he'd have someone come take a look and then proceeded to send a painter a month later. The painter saw all the mold and said he didn't feel comfortable just painting over it all as he was directed. Maintenance scheduled to come have a look, but didn't show up to their own appointed time. On September 18, a month later, Mr. Hughes unironically asks "Can you please send me updated images. I want to get this taken care of sooner than later." Mold aside, location is solid but definitely not the experience you think it'll be

Parking lot is to small. You have to make up your own parking and get towed. Worst apartment complex ever. Don’t live here.
