Heritage at New Riverside

Hello: pros: quiet and calm. nature. house designs. cons: Inactive (almost like a ghost town outside much of the time beyond trick-or-treat night). Barely much interaction from individual-to-individual outside of one's property. Lack of care and comradery in fellowship environment (lies, etc.). BLM/WOKE sector of selfishness (not each house, but in general atmosphere of the neighborhood). Plenty of possible upside, though the neighborhood does not seem to try or care for that (in one video online - heritage was not a top 10 area in Bluffton). Grateful for your roads. Neighbors are great but HOA and Builder is awful. If your thinking of building with smith family builders or if you live in a community managed by superior management services beware the builder cuts corners and almost all of their homes have issues and the HOA seriously is inept. the neighbors I give 5 stars to the community due to the HOA and Builder I give a 0 star

Yes it snows here! Neighborhood is great, HOA sucks. But the neighbors are great!

Nice neighborhood but a lot of construction going on impeding your travel through it
