Heritage at Hidden Creek

After Kimberly left heritage at hidden creek, apartment complex became a joke or the people who manages it. I don’t have any more respect for the tenants and the people who are in charge of this complex. It’s gotten so dirty here that the people who lives here actually allows it which is nasty. A lot of dog poop around the apartment which is a health hazard too. Gonna go file a complaint in the city. Also the maintain people are clowns. Dont know how to properly be a maintenance person. They lack skills. The people in the office are just as lackluster and inept. Sorry but this place was great when nagar by Kim who actually likes her job.

The property is well maintained, and maintenance is usually timely. Location is fantastic, and they fixed the parking lot where a year ago. No more potholes! Overall, it's been a nice place to live. Hot tub is open 365/year, and the swimming pools up in the summer. The units themselves could use a bit of renovating but, everything works. The area itself is very safe and Ive never had any problems with neighbors, or noise problems. Plenty of parking too.

I've been living here for a few months and really enjoy it. The community is peaceful, and my neighbors are great—we all look out for one another. It's quiet, and my furbabies love the walking trails. Peggy and Tori have been fantastic. While there’s room for improvement in the landscaping and exterior maintenance, overall, it’s a pleasant and welcoming place to live. However, one downfall I have experienced is the communication With maintenance projects taking place. I have some work orders. That have been open for several weeks now With no update or signs of them being inside My apartment.

I genuinely do love where I am living! Its safe, peggy and tori are amazing! Food Truck Fridays are a cant miss, all year round hot tub, and overall amazing unit compared to others in springs! They have worked with us so many different times and have helped us deal with many issues! - Cadence

My refrigerator has been broke for over a week they keep making up excuses and lies tell me the are coming to look at it and nobody comes my rent is over 2000 for a 2 bedroom and that was not what was quoted before I moved in so it so many fee you no nothing about but they don’t wanna fix things when you call smh I will not be resigning my lease and on top of it This place keeps getting worse. They removed tiles from my fireplace for "routine inspection" after a fire in one of the buildings. They still haven't replaced the tiles and it has been two months. I have this ugly gaping hole. My garage was broken into from the INSIDE. The cameras are fake. We lose power at least once a month
