Heritage Apartments

I would not waste your time applying and read all the negative reviews. I was ignored for days when trying to learn if I was accepted or not and I should have known that would happen when it took constant emailing/phone calls to get an application. I made sure I had no outstanding debt to get approved and yet somehow I was denied from a loan that was closed and gone then I was approved elsewhere. Seeing as this is a pattern here imagine how bad it would be if I lived there.

Hey everyone. So I moved here last month, Jan 3rd, 2020. This is my first real apartment, and I absolutely love it here. I researched this particular property for MONTHS. The first time I came to visit, everything was perfect and even after looking at several other apartments, this one was still my top choice. I always get so many compliments on my place. I had an issue with the dishwasher, maintenance came the same day. I see a lot of negative complaints about Amy and the front desk staff but I personally have never had an issue, at least not yet and hope I never do. Love my place. Love Heritage. It’s only my second month but I do love it here!!!

I moved into the 1 bedroom studio loft apartment last July and I love it. No problems what-so-ever. They do a great job at spreading ice-melt in the winter and taking care of burnt out lights in the stairwells. We just got new roofing a couple months ago and the work was very fast and efficient. All the units around me are very quiet and the parking is never an issue. Heritage Apartments are a hidden gem in St. Charles.

I loved living here ! Staff is awesome!!! If you need anything fixed they come and fix it that day.. Amy was so sweet & down to earth but always professional <3 I definitely recommend renting here, I lived in the loft it was beautiful ! It’s a quiet area, and very clean..everything good on an apartment check list, I’d check if were on a search ❤️ P.s they also return your deposit appropriately as well ! Good complex!!

I have lived here for two years now with my little sister while in college and we absolutely love it. They're constantly renovating and keeping the buildings nice. We love the fast maintenance service and all the neighbors. There's also a pool with me love to spend time at. It's a great community feel for a really great price and even better area. I just wish I could afford to live on my own here but alas me and my little sister are splitting ways. I would recommend this complex to anyone!
