The team, especially Dave and Amber, provided exceptional support, guiding us through the design and building processes with clarity and care. Hepler homes is absolutely fantastic for constructing custom homes. I would give them more stars if I could. Below is my genuine and detailed thoughts: 1. Cost Estimation. This is the first thing you come up to Dave. Instead of asking money for estimation (and only return if you sign up contract and lock you in), Dave took his time and provide free estimation for our home before we sign up. Dave and Amber has provided to me the most excellent communication on all construction details, subcontractor matters and any problems we had during the entire construction phase. Dave Hepler came to the rescue of our wonderful clients when their original builder went dark on them! Dave and his Team were great to work with. The home was less than 1/2 complete when Hepler Homes came into the picture.
