Henley at the Rim

This is place is totally a scam. I waited a month to move in and when I got there the place was a mess. Broken cabinets, bugs and roaches in the kitchen and bedroom, broken floor at the entrance, bad odor, humidity in the bathroom, stove that almost burn out, non functional dishwasher. Lack of transparency and poor customer service is what they do best there. They knew all these malfunctions and defects and never told me about it prior me moving in. I requested a meeting with the manager and she never got time to meet me, instead her assistant saw me without giving any realistic solutions or feel empathy about my situation. Great property to live at! The staff is attentive and awesome at their jobs. Greg was my leasing agent and did a phenomenal job at making sure i was ready for move in! Overall, i recommend living here.

I'm 7 months in and feel like I've had enough time here to write a review. First thing is first, there are no bugs here. Not even so much as a spider has been spotted in my apartment. My move in was seamless, the apartment was utterly immaculate when I arrived. A small issue with the kitchen disposal unit was addressed in less than 12 hours. In fact all issues that I've had have been resolved extremely fast. The staff are an absolute pleasure to be around. It has a great gym, an absolutely spectacular pool area and other amenities which are maintained daily and look right out of a vacation brochure every single day. In fact the entire complex is very well maintained, aside from an occasional mess in the elevators which are always very quickly cleaned up. I've lived in about 6 different

I like the view looking out at the distance with traffic going by on the highway but especially at night . I like my apartment there was an issue when I first moved in but was taking care of. Only complaint is the hallway floors are dirty and could use flooring, carpet or be painted to look better. Beautiful area living at the Rim and the grounds are clean and beautiful.
