Henderson Flats

Horrible communication, I applied and called several times to get a status of my application. Only got text message with delays. No real person to speak with me. Called the office and it goes to voicemail 3 days straight! I can only imagine what it would be like living there with emergencies. Grateful they didn’t follow up! Certainly unfortunate. ***update*** I was giving a call back and was apologized too for the delay in response. I am not sure if I’m going to rent but I did want to update and be fair to advise someone did call me back and I don’t believe they where aware of the post.

Terrible. "Gated" but gates are either propped open or don't work (see parking lot gate, which hasn't been working for months now). Had my bike stolen off of my second floor private balcony that's very difficult to reach from the stair landing. Management is unhelpful, slow to respond, and had allowed the building to fall into a state of disrepair ever since they took over. A noticeable drop in quality of living one they took over from Perry Guest. I can't stress this enough: DO NOT RENT FROM MERGE MANAGEMENT at any of their properties. I guarantee you will regret it. 12/19/24 - trying to get them to return my security deposit has been a nightmare.
