Helena 57 West Apartments

We moved into the Helena building for approximately 2 weeks ago and wanted to thank the entire team for such a smooth and professional experience. Everything worked perfectly. From the doormen to the professional approach and kindness of the super everyone is extremely helpful. The apartment is very clean and in great condition. There have only been minor maintenance issues which is handled swiftly and professionally by the team. This is a huge upgrade compared to the building we come from.

Just moved, the building is great and the staff is so hospitable. Worked with leasing agent Paris, she was professional, very prompt in her responses and helped me understand all the options. She even stayed late one day so that I could view the unit, very accommodating.

As new residents, we had a great experience thanks to Kaitlyn S. at the leasing office! She gave us a thorough tour of all the amenities and apartments we were interested in. Kaitlyn was very knowledgable about the building and guided us through the whole leasing process. We were able to secure a unit within a few days of the tour.

Elevators are constantly broken and management takes a week or so to fix them. You will either have to walk to whatever floor or wait 15 minutes just to get to your apartment.

I had a great experience with the Helena leasing office, especially with Paris. She was super helpful, attentive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out.
