Stay away from this agent ! This person retaliated for not accepting her as a dual agent. She prevented timely access to one of her listings and the circumstances indicate that she delayed presenting our offers to the sellers on two different occasions to prevent us from buying either property. We believe she forged the seller's signature when we asked for proof that our offer was rejected. She refused to provide the DocuSign authenticity page which would have exonerated her.

Heidi was very professional. She sold our property in no time with no hassle. She kept me abreast of all the negotiations and walked me through all the paperwork.
