Heatherwood Club Apartments

Very responsible, effective and kind apartment manager in Danielle and Maintenance Manager in Brian. I feel quite lucky to have moved in here, as the owner(s) seem determined to protect their investment. Not many apartments regularly engage in snow removal, but they pay to have it done for us.

This used to be a nice quiet place. Then unbeknownst to current tenants, the housing authority took over management. Section - 8 housing and all problems you would expect with it. Constant issues at this complex now, with police regularly showing up. Management has an odd way of handling complaints, considering that the Manager has 12 years experience. She tends to reference non-existent reports in official complaints. She also never writes in what compliance looks like on official complaints, only cites what policy is being broken. Despite many attempts to rectify many misdoings at this complex, the management still seems to allow certain things to continue. People leave food and trash all around and our dog has gotten sick due to this. To no avail, the problem persists after 2 years. The

Danielle, brian, and that other lady (don’t remember name) are amazing. My boyfriend and I had a great experience living there. I highly recommend this place, the location is great, we never had any issues, and the management is always on top of things.

I’ve been here for about 3 years now? It’s definitely become such a safe space. My home. I had a really hard year this year & the staff Danielle & Tay & Brian have been very understanding & always great energy when in passing. I just put in a few work orders in today (a day before Christmas Eve) not expecting anyone to come any time soon- just wanted to make sure I put them in before I forgot lol. Brian JR came this same day!!!!!! Brian & Brian JR hold this whole place together i swear . They are very hard working, polite , funny & just the best people ever!!! I feel safe with them around and always looked out for. Brian JR is definitely like a clone of Brian haha. They work maintenance & I trust them coming in & out of my place whenever & as a woman that lives alone -That says a lot . Tha

Danielle and Bryan are some of the BEST apartment staff I have ever dealt with! They are so kind and courteous, always a pleasure interacting with them! The apartments it self are well kept and are in a great area of town...also compared to other apartments in the city these really are the best bang for you buck! I HIGHLY recommend Heatherwood Club apartments to anyone!
