Heather Ridge

This is my first apartment, and I’ve been here about five months now. I’ve had a great experience so far. The staff is professional, especially Jada—she helped me through the whole process and made everything smooth. I also don’t want to forget the maintenance team; I really appreciate them as well. The property is always clean, and it’s peaceful and safe. I’d definitely recommend living here.

Shauna Green is one of the best assistant community managers in the residential business! Not only is she professional but she is passionate about what she does and how she can impact her residents experiences at Heather Ridge. Ms. Green my dearest thank you for everything you do for this community and my personal experience at Heather Ridge! You and your staff deserve all the praise!!

I have lived here at the heather ridge apartments for about Five months now and have had no issues whatsoever. I can say whenever an issue did occur and maintenance arrived there is a gentleman by the name of Mr Adalfi, he is a man who loves his job and a man who will get the job done!! If you ever have any issues he is the one to call!

The front desk professional Jada was so unbelievably helpful and kind when looking for a new place. Still considering the great property! but she was so amazing it should be known. We spent the whole day visiting places and hands down she was most friendly and helpful and excited for us ect. 💜 made the experience wonderful.

My heater was blowing cold air for 2 days while the temperature outside reached record lows. They said they would send someone to fix it the day I put in the maintenance request, but no one came. The front office should be more transparent about when someone will actually come to respond to maintenance requests. Finally, Willie, who is a very very nice guy, came in the next day not only to fix my heater but also replace my air filter. Willie deserves 5 stars.
