Heather Park Apartment Homes

The sole reason I have given this apartment complex, such a high score is based off the staff not only is the maintenance fantastic. The office staff has been fantastic as well. With that being said just like with any apartment complex when you put a couple hundred people in one spot you’re going to get chaos. I feel bad because these are beautiful apartments but you get to truly see people’s inability to be responsible adults, it’s near impossible for the staff to keep up with repairs when people can’t pick up their dog poop or even throw their garbage in the dumpster provided. Other than my apt needing some updates the biggest issue is the lack of parking.

So far it’s been very nice and great experience. Can’t wait to see what summer brings. Maintenance has been awesome. Nate especially is pleasant and very quick. Noreen has been very helpful and professional.

During my search for a new home at NC I came across the stunning Heather Park Apartments Homes upon entering to the office I was greeted with a warm welcome by an exceptionally friendly staff they answered me all my inquiries with professionalism . I was very impressed how beautiful the apartments are .You will fell in love with this place like me!!!

I had several appliances that weren't working at the time of my move in. David fixed everything in one day. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I am a happy camper.😀

Jade was really friendly and answered any questions I had she actually acted like she wanted to be there and enjoys her job and broke down everything I will be paying definitely the best front office lady I’ve ever met
