Heartwood’s Loblolly Neighborhood by Centex Homes

What happened to the resort style pool that everyone used to rave about? Dirty umbrellas, dirty tables, no chairs!! Does anyone keep this place clean? Buyer beware! ** I will update my post when this is taken care of ** 3 weeks and still dirty!!! Nothing has been done!!!

The neighborhood is beautiful, and my home buying experience has been great no complaints so far.

I have waited for two years to put out a review for my home. Well the exterior at a glance is nice. The quality of the craftsmanship is a F-. I have call, submitted work request and even sent my inspection report to centex and they still have not fix the issues. It is sad to know these home are horrible and will be a money pit. The problem is the builders really don’t care and always putting a spin on the situation. The longer I live here the more upset I get. My upstairs floors are not even or level. They make sounds/squeaky noises. The contractor came out on three different occasions to fix them and was unable. Now, customer service will not answer the work request. They say 10 years on structural issues, that not true. I have visit other homes in this area like Pulte homes and the

Best process I have had buying a new home! Construction manager is awesome, the sales team is great, and they make things easy on the buyer! Neighborhood is gorgeous as well!
