Heartland Apartments was my first choice for retirement housing. Why? 1) security 2) downtown 3)within walking distance to bus terminal. 4) Pantry monthly 5)Nice Community room, washers and dryers, pool table, vending machines, etc. Why only 3 stars. The security system has been down for 4 years now. So many restrictions to community room, washers and dryers broke down more often than not. The pool table needs felt replaced and table leveled. I do like my apartment very much however.
I love Heart Land Apartments. The people here is friendly. The ladies that runs it they are awesome. And they take care of the land around it they keep it clean.
