John Heaning was very patient, kind and knowledgeable during the sale of our father's home, a very emotional and stressful time in our lives. John was able to handle four siblings with very different personalities and two of us live out of state. It really helped that he was able to have a zoom meeting or conference call to explain options and talk about our next step with all of us. He responded quickly when we had any questions. John offered suggestions on how to prepare the home for sale, along with his time and sweat to make it happen. We were on a tight time schedule and we didn't feel rushed at all.
