Maybe this will get Jay Epsteins attention? Probably not. Our house, along with every person I know who lives in a Jay Epstein property has a laundry list of issues 100% related to either lazy or incorrect installation when the house was built. Drywall is terrible, electrical is done poorly, bathrooms not sealed properly and that’s not all! We are now SEVEN YEARS past time for him to release his control of our HOA according to his own governing documents but here we sit with rising costs and repairs not being done because he is the sole person on the board and refuses to let go. He is counting on no one taking initiative to challenge him legally. We’ll See

Our building experience with Healthy Communities was great for as us first time home buyers! All of my questions were promptly answered and any customization was met with an open mind and ideas to make it happen. Morgan and her family were a pleasure to work with and tried very hard to make sure our home was finished in a timely manner. We were able to move in exactly when she had predicted, which was extremely helpful in our planning process. I also loved that the whole process was so personal and we met everyone involved in the build. We absolutely love our new home!

My wife and I purchased a new energy efficient home in the Walnut Farm subdivision with Morgan Epstein Wojciechwski of Nu Homes Reality. We had the privilege of working closely with Morgan and project manager, Rob Epstein, as well as president, Jay Epstein, throughout the entire process. It was a trying time for all because of the onset of COVID-19 that disrupted supply chain, shipping schedules, and caused unexpected labor shortages, all of which created production delays. Through it all Morgan, Rob and Jay successfully moved us through the new home construction process. They always returned our calls and emails, answering all our questions in a timely manner. The builder REPLACED the front porch concrete in June because water was draining towards the house for 8 months. He ignored the problems from the structural engineer's report which was sent to him in March 2017. You can see where the concrete was placed on the vinyl and how much it has dropped in just 2 months. The builder is too lazy to fix things properly.
