Hazelwood Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They will return your security deposit late or wont even do it at all. Which at the end of the day its their fault. They'll charge you extra for messing up on their end and then send you the check. Till this day I still haven't received my money. On top of that they'll put bogus charging fees. But wont give you details on what they've cleaned. We steamed cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom and was still charged. Mice infested along with roaches. Lisa is great though. She deserves better. Upper management is a joke.

Personally I don't know why the reviews are so terrible. I moved into my two bedroom in May, which was during the pandemic. The leasing agent Lisa was very nice and responded in a timely manner to all my questions and concerns. I have not had any issues with the property or the other residents. For the price and the amenities you receive I think it is perfect for myself and my two girls.

I think the area and for its price of a 2 bedroom is nice, but their service was just horrible. I made a week ahead appointment for a showing, when I got there the lady said that their were no more 2 bedroom . Its her job to know when she has appointment and if theirs no vacant room she should call and let me know. I literally wasted 20 minutes driving there knowing their was no more availability. Her job as a manager needs to be better with her service...

Place is horrible. It had a rodent problem. When we moved in they didn't even clean the place. On the toilet was a pee stain. Then when you move out they will charge you for extra cleaning. They will do anything to rip you off your security deposit.

Terrible place. They refuse to fix the electrical problem in the laundry rooms so the washers and dryers Short Circuit causing you to spend a fortune just to clean your stuff The apartment they give you a tour of is not the apartment you will be moving into. The place to move into will have problems and they will refuse to fix them. If you can't afford any other place, it's a livable. But if you have options, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
