The Pulte home was absolutely great—we chose the Shelby model and we’re extremely satisfied with everything from start to finish. Tyler is the best and most awesome construction manager ever! I just closed and got my keys for my gorgeous 5 beds home , Layton floor. I could not be more satisfy with Pulte’s home architecture, layout, and the detailed finishes. People(Tyler, Eric, Sharde, Jessica, Mishayla, Rachael: amazing and talented people), processes, and timing were just EXCELLENT. I would definitely and strongly recommend to anybody looking for great home where architecture, luxury and great experience all meet at the same point, PULTE.

House itself was finished on the promised date but definitely not in great shape. It’s been a nightmare trying to set up service for all repairs. Even promised touch up items addressed during the walk and closing is not finished when tomorrow is exactly 1 month since closing. Pulling hair and teeth trying to settle down in the new house. Service agent on phone is also rude, no easy way of setting up customer service. I get that corporate decided to close so many houses around the same time as ours, so as brand new house owner we have to be the one to be patient with them. But not responding to plumbing issue for over 2 weeks is just ridiculous. Toilet flooded on the first day I moved in, I haven’t used that bathroom since but what if there’s a leak behind the walls now? Which can become mo

So happy with our new home! The estimated build time was accurate and the options we were given for the interior were gorgeous. The construction manager James was great to work with. He walked us through every step and was there for any minor repairs even after we moved in. Thanks Pulte for building our dream home. 🏡🙌🏻💛
