Hayden Terrace Apartments

This place just got new Management. And the Getmultifamily property management team is a SCAM. all i ever get is AI voice system and AI chatbot texts whenever I need to talk to a real person. I don't know if I'll ever get anything fixed now and every time I ask it to let me talk to a real person it just says it'll forward things to a "team" then asks me if i still need help later. It's broken and awful and I DO NOT recommend moving here.

I dont live here but i have a friend who does. The other tenants are friendly and it seems nice, clean and quiet. Not a bad neighborhood. But again I don't live there so I'm not around at all hours to give a proper review.

To much illegal activity in the parking lots.police need to watch this place more specifically around 2am. Bottom floors

Very quiet. Pool is always cleaned and well maintained.

If you want cockroaches and a management that could careless about it residents... Then this is the place to be!!
