This the area for the buildings closest to the Tempe Town Lake. The buildings here are the big brands, including Microsoft. Very nice architecture. If you keep walking straight past this area, you will reach the Neil G. Giuliano Park which has a fountain (that's sometimes turned on) plus a private patio (not for public use); keep walking and you'll be on the Tempe Town Lake trail. Nice spot.
Great place for headshots... Well, any business center...like this, really 🤔👍...
