I would like to update everyone on this review. I went to corporate and complained and they sent their regional VP and he fired that POS Property Manager Keyonna, I hear that awful person is working for I believe Rps property or something, anyways They were able to get everything under control but it was a long process.. the new PM Autum is outstanding and very helpful. Their maintenance staff Troup and Adrian are very helpful and will gonout of their way to help. I take back what I said about Pegasus Residential because they took quick action and handled the problems that we have. They are working hard to fix all the problems the previous management company left for them which was two years of fixing nothing. I just moved out of this complex after living there for a year. This is my most honest review. These are priced on the lower (ish) end compared to others in the area, and there is definitely a reason for that. I think this complex was once probably very nice but has gone downhill. Since I’ve lived there management availability has been very limited (almost non existent at times) and although priced lower, you end up paying a bunch of random fees that add up to as much as if not more than a luxury apartment. Oh, and I was told EVERY unit has an in unit washer and dryer… mine did not. Fortunately for them I didn’t make a big deal about this and I definitely should have…even the website falsely advertises it. My move in experience was a 0/10, my unit wasn’t ready by the time my movers arrive

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to live, keep looking. The management here seems allergic to responding to maintenance requests. The pool hasn’t been open all year because they “still need to get it inspected.” Last year it was only open for about a month, so that’s basically two years without a usable pool. It’s August in Atlanta — way too hot for that nonsense. The front gate has been broken for months, letting anyone wander into the community. Rent is way too high for what you get here. When our ceiling started leaking water badly, maintenance slapped something over it, painted on top, and called it a day — problem still there, just hidden under fresh paint. I've been here for almost 2 years and I've delt with Yakita since my application. The apartments are comfy and quiet. No bugs! All my neighbors are respectful and clean. I've even made some friends here. At first the maintenance was slow but they have a whole new crew for the last year or so and they have been great. The office staff has been really great as well. Ann is always nose down working so Yakita gets the brunt of it but she handles her business well. 5 Stars!

Unsafe, unprofessional, and poorly run Living at Hawthorne Gates has been a very disappointing experience. It has been one of the most frustrating places that i've ever lived. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive. The front gate is almost always broken and takes forever to be repaired, which raises serious safety concerns. Despite being a gated community, it offers little to no real security. Even worse, my purse was stolen from inside my car while it was parked inside the community. When I brought this to management’s attention, I received no real support or concern. Incidents like this should be taken seriously, but that hasn't been the case here.
