the landlord will not return your deposit. And she will stop all communication soon after you move out.
The landlord has NOT given my security deposit back after three months, which is clearly against the Missouri landlord-tenant law. Not only she didn't communicate with me, but she even accused me of not paying rent when she had not cashed my checks which were sent to her three months ago. She tried to make me pay the late fee when she was the one who didn't cash the check before the check became invalid. If you want to live peacefully and want your security deposit back, this is not the place.
DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING DECENT
