Relocating was simple with the aid of the experienced staff. The Assistant community manager helped with all the necessary paperwork. Signing the lease made simple. Very convenient! Plenty of local businesses Grocery stores shopping it’s also accessible to other towns and places of interest, Orlando, Orange city and new Smyrna Beach A great place to live. I’m glad to be home

I had a fantastic experience touring this apartment community today. The leasing representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and informative without ever being pushy — which I truly appreciated. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. The amenities were impressive and very well maintained, and the overall property had a welcoming, upscale feel. It’s clear that a lot of pride goes into both the community and the resident experience. This tour definitely left a great impression, and I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a quality apartment with excellent service.

Great complex, really loved living here. The place was beautiful and had great amenities. However, just be careful with the construction. I had a new unit never lived in and there was things like pictured. My front door never actually closed fully, pushing it would open it. The door seals never sealed and large lizards and other bugs always found their way in. I could be in the breezeway and see light coming from the door. I left due to increasing rent cost. I just saw my unit was listed for almost $3000 a month on a 12 month lease. I paid around $1700. I’m not sure how in what world rent became 3,000+ in Port Orange. But that’s something. Management was alright. I really hate their door key system lol. It super easy to lock yourself out, I had the batteries die randomly in the lock one

If you’re looking for a quiet, safe and friendly place to call home, look no further. The front office staff is welcoming and quick to answer any questions or handle any concerns you may have. Javier was wonderful to work with in setting up my lease. While Teresa is very professional and thoughtful when problem solving any concerns that arise. I recently ran into an issue with several ant piles near the dog walking areas, Teresa had it addressed within 24 hours. The maintenance staff is quick to respond with any requests you may have and do it all with a friendly and inviting attitude. Coming from another luxury apartment complex in the area, Hawks Mill has taken customer service to a different level. Thank you for all that you do!

Hawks Mill is an exceptional apartment community. This is my second lease here, and I continue to be impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. The complex is safe, quiet, and well-maintained. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, the team addresses it promptly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is courteous, responsive, and treats each apartment with great care—as if it were their own home. The front office team is equally outstanding. Teresa, Cierra, and Javi consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. I highly recommend Hawks Mill to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed, quiet, safe, and welcoming place to live.
