Update 3/9/26: I left this review 6 days ago, and it disappeared... I still haven’t received a response from Adriana regarding safety concerns on 3/3/26. I emailed the owner Eileen on 3/6/26 and never got a response. 3/3/26 I called to report safety concerns to Adriana after two previous emails went unanswered. I’ve raised various issues in the community with Adriana for several years. Today she told me she couldn't speak to me since I am a tenant not an owner. But I was puzzled because I have spoken and emailed with Adriana many times in the past. So I got my 74 yr old mother on the phone, she's an owner. Adriana then hung up on my mother. We still haven't received an answer as to why Adriana hung up on my mother.. This is why I say Adriana is extremely disrespectful...We pay this compan

I own a unit at Beachgate Condominiums and my experience with Hawkeye Property Management has been consistently frustrating. Communication is poor, maintenance is reactive instead of preventative, and serious issues around the property are often ignored for long periods of time. Recently, Hawkeye sent me a letter accusing me of “unauthorized work” and demanding $3,000 with no prior notice, no photos, no explanation of what was supposedly repaired, no itemized invoice, and no documentation of who authorized the charge. This came after a phone call where I was blamed for something without any evidence. The timing and approach felt retaliatory rather than professional. I have also had safety concerns on the property in the past, including a knee injury caused by unsafe conditions in common

Be aware of this company the customer service is super bad. Eileen has a nasty attitude. She’s unprofessional and super aggressive. Hawkeye property management I’m sorry I had to leave this review but people need to know the truth. The sarcasm, the hangups, the disrespect was at all time high. I don’t know maybe the ladies were having a bad day. This company does not deserve anyone’s business if this is how grown women act.

Adriana leggio was the best property manager I ever met. So responsive and on the ball. One of the best people I have ever met. So helpful and such a wonderful lady!!!
