We rented this beach block property at 101 S. Cambridge in Ventnor in August, 2021. There were 10 of us - 4 teenage boys, 6 adults and 2 well behaved dogs. The property was amazing!!! The house had numerous bedrooms and baths. All the rooms were huge, including a really nice Florida room that was all windows. There were extra sitting rooms, a full basement with laundry facilities and a game area for the boys. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The entire house had been redone. WiFi was excellent. All the mattresses were great as well as all the showers. Plus the owners had stocked the house with necessities including toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent , linens and towels, coffee, tea etc. There were two outside patios on the main level that came in very handy

When I thought about moving and downsizing to be closer to my son and family; I did not know anyone. My son and his wife just had a great experience with Giulietta on buying a house, so I reached out to her. That was by far the best call I ever made. She was personable and I was treated like family the minute I met her. She understood what I was looking for and even helped me understand my selling of my house in Jackson. Jeanne Jones at Marketplace is the realtor I used for my current apartment. She has extensive knowledge of the area which made the process seamless. Jeanne is attentive and answered all of my questions, calls, and emails. I was shown several rentals and ultimately found an apartment that fit all of my needs.
