Worst place with the worst communication and the worst management. Paid for all services at move out that they requested with there recommended places showed receipts and still was charged for it. Ashily in the office at valley brook is never in the office. Gives attitude, and is cheap. They refused to fix anything in three years of me living there ceiling poured water out they waited until it was done and just painted over it never fixed it. Mold in the basement that they just painted over did not treat. Did not have a fire alarm anywhere. Have plenty of maintenance requests that were unanswered or a called yelling at us for putting it in. The hill is impossible to get up in the winter. Location is good but Apartment floor is lopsided, laundry room has limited electricity so it will short circuit. Minimal maintenance you can tell by the sign.. real poverty like. Oyea the rent is more then a NYC 1 bedroom. Also I was attacked by someone hired to do the pavement, real awesome but that's a story...

This place is horrible. Water comes through my bathroom ceiling all the time. lived there 6 years. Had to sue for my security deposit. Won in court. Now they wont pay. Would not recommend this place at all.
