I used to have carpet but they were renovating the units as people moved out to be more competitive with the newer apartments in the area. I will say the office staff is very responsive to inquires, rather it is by phone, tenant portal or via emails they are very good at follow-up. Andrew in particular. Their maintenance team is thorough, respectful, and efficient. I wish I could give this company a negative rating. While I understand a management company has a responsibility to the owner, it is also important to take care of tenants that take care of your home, pay on-time, and do not cause disturbance. Moved to a new area and upon move in their was a gas leak. The gas company repaired but no remorse was received or a concern for my families safety. If they were properly inspecting the units this would not have occurred. Then the home smelled of mold. When the maintenance man was called out he stated his background which was not professional. I took photos of the repaired boards and black mold was present. Lastly my pets were subjected to a hazard and both required surgery in which they stated they would not pay for due to agreeing to maintain the b

Very happy with their services. Hawes managed a rental house for us in Alta Loma for many years. We have sold the house but would recommend their services.

Good management company, I leased a house from them for a couple years. Good customer service, they were always on top of maintenance issues.
