I stayed at the 9th floor of the Waikiki Pacific Monarch for a few days, and while the condo itself is nice with a great patio and a perfect location, the guest service was extremely disappointing. The Issues: 1) WiFi was a disaster: The speed was 0.7 mbps—unusable. I couldn't even open a basic website, let alone work. When I reported it, I was told it was "addressed," which was false. They then asked me to provide a list of every other WiFi network in the building... I’m a guest, not their IT department. I had to work off my phone hotspot the entire time. 2) Poor Communication: Despite booking through Expedia, they insisted on messaging only through the VRBO app. Every single message required a full login, and they ignored my requests to just send a text—except on the last day, when the

Aloha Suites Definitely worth your money and is only 5 minutes from the beach. Not far from an abc store either for essentials for your trip. Don’t have to spend to get boogie boards, chairs or even umbrellas that comes with it all free. A big fridge/freezer to store your food/drinks. Small oven perfect if you want a quick meal.

The Aloha Suites is in a good location, has free beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach items you can borrow, and has a small kitchen area. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is no front desk and no daily cleanings but this didn't bother me as they were very communicative and helpful.
