Haven NRH Apartments

Resident for one year, I enjoyed my time. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part aside from the occasional fire truck...the station is not far. I loved hanging out by the pool in the summers, I would often have it all to myself. The clubhouse is very spacious, full kitchen and plenty of room; I rented it for a baby shower. The gym is small but gets the job done. Rosa has always been very helpful, sweet and takes care of any issues in a timely manner. Location is great, everything you need or want is right down the street. I looked at a lot of places before making my choice and in the end I am glad I picked Haven NRH.

Living here is such a pleasure! Summers I spend at the pool. Its like a vacation! All the residents are courteous and friendly. The apartments are gorgeous and specious. The best part is the combination of management and maintenance. Rosa is the kindest and sweetest human being you could ever meet. She always has a smile for everyone and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Jose is the maintenance person and he is the very best. He does his job to perfection and always with the happiest of attitude. I loooooove living here. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful and safe place to live. I appreciate the staff here at Haven NRH.I Have required maintenance work from time to time. Jose, the maintenance director is always on it in a timely manner. He gets to the issue right away and doesn't stop till the matter is finished. He is always happy and goes out of his way to keep residents happy as well. I appreciate him so very much!

I love living at Haven NRH! My apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are great. The office staff and maintenance team are always so helpful and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Hands down, this is the best place I’ve ever lived! 😊

We've had a frustrating experience with the apartments, particularly with the maintenance team. Multiple issues have been overlooked, even with documentation from certified professionals confirming the problems. If you're considering moving in, I'd advise caution. Document everything – it'll help protect your interests if issues arise, and trust me, they will. Given the incompetence we've faced, it's crucial to be proactive.
